Refund Policy

Delivery

1. We use a third party logistics delivery providers to deliver our products. Your delivery options will be shown at the beginning of the checkout process.
2. The estimated date for delivery of the products will be set out during the checkout process.
3. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
4. Delivery of the products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us.
5. Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days, we will:
(a) let you know;
(b) cancel your order; and
(c) give you a refund.
6. You are responsible for the products when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the products passes to you when you take possession of the products.
7.You own the products once we have received payment in full.
8. We may deliver your products in instalments.
9. If you order products from our website for delivery to a location outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Returns/Exchange

We only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged products. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you if the exchange can be accepted. If approved, you will be notified and we will ship out your new product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
